Meet Amy, the American Shorthair who already thinks she owns the sunny window.

Amy has that classic mackerel tabby coat — neat dark stripes over warm brown and cream — and a little white chest that makes her look like she’s dressed for company. She sits with her tail curled around her paws, head slightly turned, like she’s waiting for someone to scratch behind her ears.

She’s playful, easy-going, and equally happy in a toddler’s arms or on a shelf. Short, thick “fur” begs to be brushed (a great pretend-play moment), then she’s right back to lazing in the light.

Designed in the USA. Made to feel like a real little cat, not a cartoon.

Why kids (and parents) love her

• Lifelike mackerel tabby markings and a shaped face that holds her expression
• Soft plush fabric that’s huggable without being floppy
• Sits upright on her own — great for display or story time
• Lightweight at about 0.6 lb, easy for little hands to carry
• Comes with her own little story
